Technical CSR

We are looking for highly skilled, smart, effective, and motivated people to join our enthusiastic team. Our company is a fun and dynamic environment where we focus on delivering software that fits. As part of our team, you will help deliver a series of exceptional solutions to enterprise clients in fields ranging from healthcare to finance to aviation safety.

You will be responsible for fielding and responding to client reported issues and concerns. You will work with the Project Management, Software Engineering, Quality Assurance and Business Analysis groups to determine the problem, facilitate a resolution, and respond to the lient in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal communication with technical and non-technical audiences (calm, patient, empathetic)
  • Accommodating and diplomatic
  • Strong SQL skills including SQL Server stored procedures
  • Familiarity with C# and .NET Framework
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Diligent and meticulous
  • May require a Federal background check for access to client data

Key Position Accountabilities:

  • Takes ownership of client reported issues; tracks progress and follows through to completion
  • Attempts to reproduce the issue, verifying the reported test case
  • Performs a root-cause analysis which may include code investigation or data analysis (working with Software Engineers and Database Analysts)
  • Reviews business requirements to determine the nature of the issue (a defect, procedural issue, data problem, or a new feature request) and produces a bug report (if applicable)
  • If the reported issue is a defect, determine if it falls within the warranty period (working with Project Manager and Client Manager)
  • Provides work-around steps, when applicable, to facilitate a rapid, interim resolution
  • Works with the Project Manger or Client Manager to determine the priority and schedule of when the issue will be corrected
  • Verifies that the fix addresses the issue
  • Keeps client apprised of status until closure; closure notification will includes the detailed resolution
  • Provides a monthly report to the Client Manager of issues reported and their status
